Tark Rafayadain Ki Hadees Sahih Hai, Ghair-Muqallid Albani Ka Iqraar


Imam Tirmizi (rahmatullahi alaih) ne Ibn-e-Mas’ood (raziallahu anhu) se marwi Hadees Naqal ki hai Jisme sirf Takbeer-e-Tehreemah ke waqt Rafa’ Al-Yadain (Hath Uthaane) ka zikr hai……


Hazrat Alqamah (rahmatullahi alaih) kehte hain ke, Abdullah bin Mas’ood (raziallahu anhu) ne farmaya: “Kya Main Tumhein Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) waali Namaz Na Parhaon.? Phir Namaz Parhi aur Rafayadain Na kiya Magar Ek Martabah Shuroo’ Namaz me (Ya’ni Takbeer-e-Tehreemah ke waqt).”
Imam Tirmizi (rahmatullahi alaih) farmate hain: “Is BAAB me Baraa’ bin Aazib (raziallahu anhu) se bhi Rivayat hai. Hadees Ibn-e-Mas’ood HASAN SAHIH hai aur Sahaba (raziallahu anhum) wa Taaba’een (rahmatullahi alaihim) me se Be-Shumaar Ahl-e-Ilm Yehi kehte hain (ke Rafayadain Sirf Takbeer-e-Tehreemah Ke Waqt Karna chahiye) aur Yehi Qoul Sufyan Sauri (rahmatullahi alaih) aur Ahl-e-Koofah ka hai.” [Sunan Tirmizi – Kitab: As-Salaah]
Note: Sunan Tirmizi ke ba’z Nusqo’n me Hasan likha hua hai aur ba’z me Hasan Sahih…
Is hadees ke kul 7 Raavi hain aur tamam ke tamam Siqah aur (Sahih Muslim) ke Raavi hain…
Ba’z Muhaddiseen ne is Hadees per Mubham Juroohaat ki hain Ya’ni Hadees ko Za’eef Ya Ghair-Sabit to kaha magar Wajah Nahi batayi. Aisi Mubham Juroohaat Mardood (Rejected) hoti hain.
Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Peishwa Nasiruddin Albani ne likha hai: ”Haqq baat Ye hai ke Ye Hadis SAHEEH hai aur Iski SANAD MUSLIM ki Shart per SAHEEH hai aur Jin Logo’n ne Is Hadees ko MA’LOOL (Za’eef) qaraar diya hai Humein Unki Koi Aisi Daleel Nahi mili Jis se Istedlaal SAHEEH ho aur Iski wajah se HADEES ko Radd kiya Ja sake.” [Mishkaat Ba-Tehqeeq Albani 1/254]

Rafayadain Aur Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehalvi (Rahmatullahi Alaih)

Ghair-Muqallideen, Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke ba’z Juhala’ apne Ulema’ ki Andhi Taqleed me Ahnaf ki kitabo’n se Rukoo’ se pehle aur ba’d me Rafayadain ko Sabit karne me Jald-baazi karte nazar aate hain.
Hum yaha per Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ki taraf se peish ki jaane waali Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehalvi (rahimahullah) ki Aadhi Ibarat ki Haqeeqat bayan karte hain.
Ghair-Muqallid Abdul Mateen Joonagarhi ne Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehalvi
(rahimahullah) ka Qoul naqal kiya hai ke: “Jo Shaqs
Rafayadain karta hai Wo Mujhe Rafayadain Na karne waale se Zyadah MEHBOOB
hai, Rafayadain ki Hadeesei’n bohat Zyadah
aur SAHEEH hain.” [Hadees-e-Namaz Page: 138]
Al-Jawab: Hazrat Shah Waliullah (rahimahullah) ka Aadha Qoul Naqal kar ke Aam logo’n ko Mughaaltah dene ki Koshish ki gayi hai.
Hazrat ki Poori Ibarat mulaahizah farmaayein, Likhte hain: “Aur Rafayadain Un Hai’yato’n (Kaifiyaat) me se hai Jin ko Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) ne Kabhi Kiya aur Kabhi Chhora hai, aur Ye sab ka sab SUNNAT hai, aur Sahaba wa Taaba’een aur ba’d ke Logo’n me se Ek-Ek Jama’t ne Unme se Ek-Ek Hai’yat (Kaifiyat) ko Iqtiyaar kiya hai, aur Ye Un Muwaaqe’ me se hai Jin me 2 Fareeq ka Iqtilaf hua hai, Ahl-e-Madeenah aur Ahl-e-Koofah ka, aur Har Ek
ki Asal Wa Daleel MAUJOOD hai, aur Mere Nazdeek Is Jaise Amr me Haqq Ye hai ke Sab batei’n SUNNAT hain aur Iski Nazeer Ek Raka’t Ya 3 Raka’t se WITR parhne ka Masla’h hai,
aur Jo Shaqs Rafayadain karta hai Wo Mujhe Rafayadain Na karne waale se Zyadah MEHBOOB hai, Kyonke Rafayadain
ki Hadeesei’n bohat aur Zyadah SAHEEH hain.” [Hujjatullaaahil Baalighah 2/45]
Is Mukammal Ibarat ko Parhne se Chand Umoor Maf’hoom hue:
1. Hazrat Shah Waliullah (rah.) ke Nazdeek
Rafayadain bhi SUNNAT hai aur TARK Rafayadain bhi SUNNAT hai.
2. Hazrat Shah Waliullah (rah.) ke Nazdeek Rafayadain bhi Dalaa’il ki bunyaad per Saabit hai aur Isi tarah Tark Raful-Yadain bhi Dalaa’il se saabit hai.
3. Ma’loom hua ke Rafayadain ke Masla’h me Sahaba wa Taaba’een wa Ba’d ke A’immah me bhi Iqtilaaf raha hai aur Unme Jis tarah Rafayadain karne waale maujood the Isi tarah Tark Rafayadain karne waale bhi maujood the.
Lihaazah Dono ka Palla Yaksaa’n (Barabar) hai…
Agar Hazrat Shah (rahimahullah) Rafayadain ko Tarjeeh dete the to Kayi doosre A’imma-e-Ahnaaf Inke Khilaaf Tark Rafayadain ko Tarjeeh dete hain. Is Tarjeeh waale Masla’h me A’imma-e-
Mujtahideen ke Midaarik-e-Ijtihaad aur Azwaaq Mukhtaleef hain.
Is Ibarat se agar Ye bataana Maqsood hai ke Rafayadain karna SAHEEH hai to Be-shakk Hamaare Nazdeek bhi Ye baat bilkul SAHEEH hai. Aur Agar Is Ibarat se Ye Saabit karna
chaahte hain ke Sirf Rafayadain Saheeh hai aur Tark Rafayadain Ghalat wa Za’eef hai to Phir Shah Sahab ki Is Ibarat se Ye Baat Hargiz Hargiz Saabit Nahi hoti balke Ye Aam
Logo’n ko Mughaltah dene ki Na-Paak Koshish samjhi Jaayegi.
